For someone who is always on the scout for new spots and happening brunches in the city, the Candypants event was a good find. This UK based company has spread its wings in the Middle East and is currently the most talked about event in town. Unlike the other sit down brunches, this one is a massive party. From flowing mojitos to club music and a fabulous location, this brunch has it all!

What to order:
The buffet began with an array of cold starters and mezze like Hummus, Greek Salad, Pasta Salad, and Pumpkin Salad followed by a selection of Meat Samosas, Fried Cheese Rolls and Spinach Fatayer. The main course comprised of Roasted Beef, Roasted Lamb Shoulder, Mix Vegetables, Fried Rice, Pan Seared Fish and Grilled Chicken in addition to Pasta and Shawarma live counters. Delicious Cheesecake, Blueberry cake, Carrot cake and many more along with fresh fruits were a part of the dessert buffet.
My Experience:
– This brunch is a perfect balance between relaxing and partying. You can chill and enjoy your meal till 4.00pm and once the sun sets you can let your hair down and dance to the beats. The party really picks up after 5.00pm.
– The stunning candy girls, foot tapping music, a beer pong table, confetti showers and crazy party props along with an unlimited flow of mojito make a perfect recipe for mayhem! By the end of the party you might have a zillion pictures in oversized glasses and a wig. It’s a brunch like no other!
– For the post party(included in the brunch price), you can even book one of the private cabanas with a mini pool.
Service: Although the servers were’nt the sweetest, the bartenders were very kind and made sure that nobody’s glasses were empty. Also, make prior bookings.
