Top 5 beach destinations in India

Apart from its rich culture and tradition, India is also known for some amazing beach destinations. Each of these spots have a lot to offer and are completely different from one another. From lively parties to some calming stillness, scuba diving and snorkelling to surfing and swimming, Indian beaches have something for everybody. Sharing a list of the top 5 beach destinations in India:

1. Goa
Goa is home to some of the best beaches and the most beautiful sunsets. It is hands down one of my favourite spots in India if you are looking at relaxing, chilling, enjoying some time on the beach and eating clean. While there are tons of beaches in Goa, I would highly recommend Ashwem, Morjim, Mandrem, Benaulim and Arossim. These are just some of my favourites and they are extremely clean as well. If you visit Ashwem or Morjim then do check out Prana café and Burger Factory, they are definitely worth a visit. Make sure you avoid the super crowded beaches like Baga, Anjuna, Calangute, Candolim and Vagator.
